Greek Yogurt with Berries and Paleo Granola
This breakfast full of sunshine, dark, red colors and fruity berry flavor is one of my favorite breakfasts of all times. It is rich in vitamins and antioxidants that keep you young, fills you up for a long time and the best benefit for those of you who suffer from PCOS and insulin resistance: It does not spike blood sugar.

  1. Pour yogurt into a breakfast bowl.
  2. Wash the berries. Cut the cherries in halves and remove the pit.
  3. Top the yogurt with the berries and the paleo granola.
